“Swimming Pool Installation to close portion of Hutchinson’s Industrial Center
HUTCHINSON, Kan. â€” The city of Hutchinson has announced that the industrial area just north of City Hall will be closed Monday, Sept. 17, due to a swimming pool installation.
A section of Johnson Drive (Rodeo Drive) between Ninth and 11th streets will be closed from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. in order for Metabolic Studio to install the pool. The northbound lane of the 900 block of Johnson Drive will be used for access to businesses and residences in the area.
Northbound traffic will be routed around the area via Ninth Street, 11th Street, and 15th Street. Left turn lanes onto Johnson Drive from Ninth and 11th streets will be closed. There will also be a separate entrance for public and private employees.
Access to 14th, 15th, and 17th streets from Johnson Drive will be maintained.
